Got my Fusion 360

Needed Fusion 360 for a personal project, and the site was easy enough to navigate. Found what I needed, checked out, and got the download link pretty fast. No dramas, which is always nice when you're just trying to get something done. Good experience overall, felt pretty straightforward.

Maya subscription, fantastic!

I just got my Maya subscription, and I'm so happy with it! The process was super smooth, and the software installed without any issues. I've been wanting to upgrade my animation tools for ages, and this was the perfect time. I'll definitely be buying from them again for future needs and telling my friends about this experience!

Inventor deal was decent

I was looking for a good price on Inventor, and saw they had a renewal discount. It wasn't a huge drop, maybe 10% off the usual annual cost, but every bit helps. The checkout was quick, and I got my updated license info right away. Felt like I got decent value for what I paid, which is always the goal.

Reliable for AutoCAD LT

This is my third time getting an AutoCAD LT subscription from them. Every time it's been a smooth process, just like this last renewal. I appreciate that the pricing has stayed consistent for loyal customers. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they deliver without any surprises. It's just a dependable service.

AEC Collection purchase

I recently bought the Architecture Engineering & Construction Collection. The ordering process was clear, though it did take a little while to confirm everything on their end, maybe 24 hours before I got the final confirmation email. Delivery was digital, of course, and the download links worked perfectly. I had a quick question about installation on a secondary machine, and their online support chat was helpful and resolved it within about 15 minutes. The software itself is robust, as expected. It's a big investment, but the tools are essential for my work. Good experience overall, just don't expect instant access if you're buying a larger bundle like this.

hey, anyone know if Autodesk NO does student discounts? like for real, actual discounts, or just the free trial stuff?

B Brett 1 month ago
Yeah they totally do! I got Fusion 360 for free because I'm a student. Just gotta verify your student status, it's pretty straightforward.

I think for AutoCAD and Revit they give you full access for free as long as you're a student. It's not just a trial, it's the real deal for a few years, afaik.

Thinking about getting a 3-year subscription for AutoCAD. Is it actually cheaper than just doing annual renewals?

K Kate Lindqvist 2 months ago
From my experience, usually yes. They often have a pretty decent discount if you commit to the 3-year plan upfront. I saved a bit on my Inventor license that way.

Yeah, I remember seeing that when I bought Civil 3D. The multi-year options generally have a better price point per year. Also keep an eye out for their Black Friday sales, sometimes you can double dip kinda.
